Size doesn't fit? The jersey isn't quite what you pictured? It happens, and that's why you have 45 days.

Return or exchange within 45 days

You can return or exchange any item within 45 days of receiving it.
It needs to come back the way it arrived: not worn (trying it on is fine), not washed, with all its tags still on.
Want a different size? We'll exchange it as long as that size is in stock. If it's sold out, you get your money back.
We don't charge a cancellation fee.

Write to us on the Contact Us page: your name, your order number, and what you'd like to return or exchange.
We'll get back to you with everything you need to send it back.
Send us the item, and that's it.

The refund goes to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of the day we receive your return notice.
Return shipping is on you. A faulty item, or one that isn't what you ordered, is on us.

Sorry about that. Write to us, ideally with a photo. We'll collect the item at our expense, and you choose: a new item in its place, or all your money back.
Package arrived damaged, or missing an item? Take a photo and send it to us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll sort it out.

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Your order comes to your door within 10 business days of being confirmed. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
We ship to addresses in Israel only.
If there's a delay, we'll let you know. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, you can cancel it and get all your money back.

On top of our 45 days, you always have the right to cancel under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981: you can cancel within 14 days of receiving the item or the order confirmation, whichever is later.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants (as defined by law) may cancel within 4 months if the order involved a conversation with us, including on WhatsApp or chat.
